About Us

The ABAD group has carved a niche for itself in the hospitality industry. Today the group operates 10 hotels in Kerala. To widen its horizon the group plans to operate hotels and resorts in various locations. With the demand’ for more and better hotels, comes the need for highly calibered personnel and The Sterling Institute of Hotel Management has been launched to meet this demand.

The ABAD management had over the year felt the need to set up a goad hotel management school and the Sterling Institute of Hotel Management is ready to make a mark in hospitality education by providing quality practical education.

The Sterling Institute caters to the needs of a good hotel management school with well-equipped training facilities. An excellent team of qualified and motivated teaching personnel will train the students on the various aspects of hotel management like Food and Beverage Service, Food Production, Front Office, Housekeeping etc. Training in effective communication, discretion and self-confidence are dealt with utmost importance.

Graduating students can look forward to Promising careers in Hotels, Clubs, Hospitals, Motels, Resorts, Pubs, Cruise lines, Airlines and many other related establishments. Many other service providers and industrial giants like Reliance, Airtel, Idea etc. are recruiting hotel management students for their customer care departments.
